Use License

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software

Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following the notice.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TheMarkets.ai. Our platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TheMarkets.ai, its directors, employees, partners, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

Financial data provided on our platform is for informational purposes only and should not be considered investment advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any market data.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. Data retention after termination follows our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
